I came to massage during a time when I felt deeply disconnected from both myself and my body. I was overwhelmed by the chaos that often takes hold of our minds in today's world. As I sought ways to feel more centered and at home in my own life, I discovered massage as a powerful vessel for healing—both for myself and others.
I believe everyone deserve a space to feel seen and supported. This is the intention I hold during my massage with a mission to empower my clients to reconnect with their bodies.
Through a combination of Western Neuromuscular Therapy and Eastern integrative techniques, I guide clients on a journey of self-awareness, helping to release tension and carry that newfound presence into their everyday lives. My work is focused on fostering lasting change—one that extends beyond the table, influencing the way we move, breathe, and live.
